Stanley Cup Champions Honored at White House
President Barack Obama welcomed the 2009 Stanley Cup champion Pittsburgh Penguins to the White House Thursday. Pittsburgh won its' third NHL championship in June, beating Detroit.

Hull, Yzerman, Robitaille, Leetch Elected to HOF
Steve Yzerman, Brett Hull, Luc Robitaille and Brian Leetch were elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame Tuesday. New Jersey Devils president Lou Lamoriello was also voted in.
